IMPLEMENTATION OF B2B SYSTEMS AT APS S.A. FOR ORDER PROCESSING AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISION

Implementation of B2B systems

We would like to inform you that our company received support for the implementation of the project entitled: “Implementation of B2B systems at APS S.A. for order processing and maintenance supervision” under the Innovative Economy Operational Programme, 2007 – 2013, Priority Axis 8 – Information society – increasing the innovativeness of the economy, Measure 8.2 – Supporting the implementation of B2B electronic business.

The project involves the implementation of 2 B2B systems: a system for electronic document circulation and workflow management (Workflow) and the Forte system, which is the transaction base for the new IT system.

Both of these systems will cover 2 business processes:
• the process of completing a trade order
• the process of maintenance supervision of an installation (a SaaS service aimed at customers).

As a result of the project, a new SaaS service will be launched: a maintenance supervision process covering installations completed by APS.
