Ecological APS

Automatyka-Pomiary-Sterowanie Joint Stock Company has signed a funding agreement for the project entitled “Ecological APS” under Action 3.01 Ecological Credit of the European Funds for the Modern Economy Program for 2021–2027, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Project title: “Ecological APS”

Project objective: The objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency and reduce the operational costs of our workshop facility through a series of infrastructure modernizations.

Tasks implemented in the project:

• Insulation of the flat roof and replacement of some existing windows,
• Replacement of the ventilation system with a mechanical system with heat recovery,
• Implementation of a cascade of air-source heat pumps working in conjunction with the existing heating system,
• Replacement of energy-intensive light sources with modern, energy-efficient LED lighting,
• Installation of a photovoltaic system with an energy storage unit.

Target group: Employees and users of the Automatyka-Pomiary-Sterowanie S.A. workshop facility.

Project outcomes:

• Improved energy efficiency of the building,
• Reduction of electricity and heat consumption,
• Lower operational costs,
• Improved work comfort and quality of the internal environment,
• Increased use of renewable energy sources through the installation of photovoltaic panels and air-source heat pumps,
• Reduced CO₂ emissions.
