Vision systems and quality control

We offer advanced systems for quality control and product measurement performed directly on production lines. Our portfolio includes systems based on sensors and vision systems, laser rangefinders, measuring curtains and laser profilometers. Depending on the application, our solutions may include devices supported by artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.

These devices enable:

• Compare details with a stored template on a good/bad, present/absent basis;
• Measure the distance, height and surface quality of the tested elements;
• Measure the geometry of objects;
• Detect surface defects;
• Verify the correctness of loading and positioning of parts;
• Recognise parts and send information to the system in order to retool the remaining elements of the production line;
• Map the tested elements in 3D space;
• Positioning industrial robots in relation to parts moving on production lines;
• Sending measurement results directly to customers’ industrial networks for further processing or archiving.

We conduct feasibility tests of vision applications based on samples provided by customers or by setting up vision systems on production lines to create temporary test stations. Then, based on the collected data, a concept and cost estimate of the proposed solution are created, often using additional automation devices.
