Modernization of electrical energy measuring systems at limit points of ZEB SA was made by the company APS S.A. in consortium with the company ZWSE Białystok PP.
Out of nine points subject to modernization, APS S.A. it performed works on four of them:
- station 110/15kV Elektrociepłownia Białystok,
- station 220/110kV Ostrołęka,
- station 220/110kV Ełk 1,
- station 400/110kV Narew.
The scope of work performed by APS S.A. included:
- delivery of materials and equipment,
- prefabrication of measuring cabinets,
- installation of measuring cabinets on stations with elevation of GPRS data transmission and GPS receiver outside the building,
- connection of measuring cabinet to current and voltage circuit converters and supply circuits in switching stations for own needs and guaranteed voltage switching stations
- participation in the launch systems.
In the modernized measurement, primary and backup systems were used ZMD402 CT LANDIS&GYR meters with time synchronization. Data from the meters were introduced to the existing eSPIM system in such a way that the transmission from the basic system is made through the GPRS system and the backup data are entered in a built-in closet measuring hub DATAWIN 2002, and then sent to a system based on GSM or communication equipment available at the station (fiber, cable connection).
The applied solution provides access to measurement data at different sites in different standards of communication, their reliable readout and verification the measurement data.
Further works of APS S.A. consist in execution of telemechanics on stations HV/MV RPZ Czyżew, Sokółka and Olecko.
Modernization of the station 110/15kV RPZ Czyżew ofwith a 32 field 15kV switchgear and 6 field 110kV switchgear, implemented under a contract with PGE Dystrybucja Białystok Sp. z o.o., and equipped it with a distributed system of object controllers for this switching station and own purposes of the station.
Work under this modernization included:
- preparation and launching of a computerized local position for the purposes of telemechanics, cooperating with the master system PRINS,
- field wiring 110kV in scope of control and signaling circuits
- wiring of the circular circuits of the switching station 15kV,
- telecommunication wiring of the station
- installation in selected fields 15kV and 110kV of 9 controllers ME4012PA-F prod.by Mauell GmbH, realizing the scope of controls and signals for specific groups of fields and installation particular fields of network performance analyzers N14 prod. by LUMEL,
- checks and functional tests of controls and measurements for modernized fields of the switchgear 110kV, switch. 15kV and switch. for own purposes.
Modernization of the station 110/15kV RPZ Sokółka with 42-field switchgear 15 kV and 5-field switchgear 110kV, was carried out under contract with PGE Dystrybucja Białystok Sp. z o.o., and equipped it with a distributed system of object controllers for this switching station and own purposes of the station.
Work under this modernization included:
- preparation and launching of a computerized local position for the purposes of telemechanics, cooperating with the master system PRINS,
- field wiring 110kV in scope of control and signaling circuits
- wiring of the circular circuits of the switching station 15kV,
- telecommunication wiring of the station
- installation in selected fields 15kV and 110kV of 10-controllers ME4012PA-F prod. by Mauell GmbH, realizing the scope of controls and signals for specific groups of fields and installation particular fields of network performance analyzers N14 prod. by LUMEL,
- checks and functional tests of controls and measurements for modernized fields of the switchgear 110kV, switch. 15kV and switch. for own purposes.
Modernization of the station 110/15kV RPZ Olecko with 32-field switchgear 15kV and 7-field switchgear 110kV, was carried out under contract with PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Bialystok Branch, equipping it with new digital security for the 15kV and implementation of the system of telemechanics and own purposes of the station.
Work under this modernization included:
- prefabrication of racks with the new circuit control, protection and signaling for the fields 15kV,
- Prefabrication and start-up of local computer position for the purposes of telemechanics, cooperating with the master system PRINS,
- field wiring 110kV in scope of control and signaling circuits,
- wiring of the circular circuits of the switching station 15kV,
- telecommunication wiring of the station
- dismantling of existing electromagnetic protections in fields, switch. 15kV,
- installation in selected fields 15kV of the prepared racks equipped with digital protections MiCOM P139 prod. by AREVA and network performance analyzers N14 prod. by LUMEL,
- installation of concentrators MiCOM C264 prod. by AREVA realizing the scope of controls and signaling of fields 110kV, switch. for own purposes and ARN transformers and analog measurement stations,
- checks and functional tests of security, controls, measurements, telemechanics and functioning of engineering connections for the modernized fields of switch. 15kV,
- checks and functional tests of controls, telemechanics and functioning of engineering connections for the modernized fields of the switchgear 110kV and switch. for own purposes.
